The AVMSelect system utilized by NationalPropertyValuation.com provides access to all of the premier Automated Valuation Models (AVMs) in the United States.  Using the most powerful software technology in the industry, the AVMSelect system automatically prioritizes up to 14 unique national and regional Automated Valuation Models.  Through the use of a proprietary Geographic Optimization System, when you submit your address of interest, the AVMSelect system will examine the subject property’s geography and dynamically rank the model processing order to automatically choose the best Automated Valuation Report for the requested property.  Because this system automatically prioritizes 14 valuation models, we have successful data acquisition for more than 98% of all residential addresses in the U.S.!  NOTE: This service is not intended for raw land, new construction, multifamily, or mobile homes.

Our reports are a combination of tax reporting data, sales history, bank data, etc.  These reports are electronically assembled. No human interaction goes into the final results and analysis.
